Basil leaves: the source of our natural organic Zzzinc
Basil is an aromatic herb commonly used in Mediterranean and Asian cooking. It is also a medicinal plant with many virtues. In addition to trace elements, the leaves are rich in antioxidants and vitamin K.
How to supplement properly with Zinc?
Reference Values (NRV) of zinc in the EU is 10 mg per day for an adult, with higher levels recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Two tablets of organic ZZZinc provides an average of 7.5 mg of iron, i.e. 75% of the daily intake for adults and 100% of the daily intake for children.
To optimise absorption, it is recommended to swallow your organic ZZZinc tablet with a glass of fruit juice. Don’t be caught out by sucking or crunching the tablets, or keeping it in your mouth. The tablets are unflavoured and sugar-free. But watch out, you shouldn’t take Iron or Copper supplements at the same time as ZZZinc as the beneficial effects would be cancelled out due to competition at the time of absorption. Take the tablet in one go and don’t take any other supplements at the same time.

- The container is covered by a label printed on FSC paper (eco-friendly paper management and Imprim’vert label). Its a peelable label so the container can be re-used to reduce waste. We are also working hard to provide you with refills in recyclable bags.
