Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail as our preferred carrier when dispatching orders. When orders are oversized or over 15kg then your order will be shipped with UPS.

All international orders will be dispatched with UPS. Please ensure you have entered your contact number at the checkout. Without a phone number, we will be unable to dispatch your order. Your phone number is needed by the local customs office to contact you.

Orders placed before 11 am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 11 am Monday to Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery speeds can vary throughout the country however we aim for all orders dispatched to a UK Mainland address to be delivered within 3-5 working days. On average deliveries are made within 48 hours of dispatch. 

When your order has been dispatched and provided you have entered your phone number and email at the checkout you will receive SMS and email alerts letting you know the status of your delivery.

If you are not present when the courier attempts to deliver the parcel then you will be able to arrange a re-delivery on the Royal Mail or UPS website or can be collected in person from a local depot. If parcels are not collected or rearranged for delivery within 14 days then the parcel will be returned to us. Returned parcels will be refunded in full minus any delivery costs incurred.
