How much does the delivery cost?

For orders below £20, there is a shipping fee of £4.95. Orders above £20 will be delivered for free!

Yes, we ship overseas at the local rate.

Can I track my delivery?

We don’t currently offer order tracking. If you suspect that your parcel has been lost, let us know as soon as possible. You need to let us know within 14 days of the dispatch date.

Do I have to pay import charges?

There are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods coming from within the European Union.

How can I return a product?

If you’d like to return the product, send us the unwanted item(s) within 7 days of ordering and we'll offer you an exchange or refund. Remember that your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

We actively monitor the safety and sustainability of our products and we’re known to discontinue products that don’t live up to their claims.

Is there a print catalogue?
